Dedicated co-workers but poor leadership and layoffs

Pros

Co-Workers are largely committed and hard working folks!! Some who have been with the org a long time (fewer and fewer of these though) are also brilliant individuals!!

Cons

Just an org that has totally lost its way at the top. Directionless C-Suite. Execs only care about their own cash-grabs. Large-scale layoffs every quarter and reduction in benefits to go along with.

Cons

Upper management and lack of real on hands experience of learning any networking skills due to customers providing their own 3rd party vendor techs. No upward mobility. All positions are low paying for entry and mid level positions

What perks we had have been taken away.

Cons

Leadership with no commitment to their teams. The only time people get promoted is in Q3 and its less than 1% on average. Constant fear of being let go with 0 reasoning. All hands meetings that tell us nothing. Watching my manager get constantly ran over by things they cannot control. Sales and operations do not work together on solutions. Sales leadership constantly going around our processes and selling deals that are not sustainable.
