Culture of creativity supporting being self-initiative. Excellent team work culture. Very strong support from all angles of Flexera Software to succeed in selling. Great pool of experience and professionalism to learn and benefit from.

Cons

Some hick ups in certain admin areas. Some room for improvement at marketing especially regarding respecting customer feedback and competitive intelligence.

Very political and if you are in a team that has a poor director, you will be left in the dark about anything important.

Pros

Flexible with working from home when/if needed. Management approves of training, but training must be seeked out on your own. Depending on what department, the people are amazing. You enjoy coming to work everyday because of the people.

Cons

Room for growth is limited. Older, more traditional work atmosphere. Slower paced, not much drive for innovation. Pays less than average of its industry.
