Pros

I had been working for multiple IT companies here and there for about 10 years before Flexera and really thought I was not designed for the industry. Then joined Flexera in 2005 and since then just enjoy every day of work, a place where I have met with extremely smart people, developed skills in the direction I wanted, made real friends, and can't see any reason to leave. A place where "Candour" is a key corporate value can't be a bad place.

Cons

Still looking for Cons after 10 minutes... Some people mention lack of brand awareness, why would I care? the products are great and the future is bright

World Class, Market Leading Products Fantastic Value Propositions Exeperience and Skilled Leadership at all Levels Winning Mentatlity, Can Do Culture Profitable and Growing Great Sales Culture

Cons

Seriously ? None at all. Ignore the moaners - if you've spent time at HP or IBM or BMC you're going to love this place. Winning,can do people, reward success, sales focused - where's the con in that ?

Pros

Flexera is an organisation with a history of success and dominance in the markets it has targeted. This leads to credibility in front of new clients that is difficult to find with other software vendors. In all divisions from Support, Services, Finance&Admin through to Sales you will find the can do attitude that is fundamental to successful execution of an aggressive growth plan.

Cons

Flexera is growing fast, with this comes change and the significant challenges that accompany this. This can be difficult and may not be for everyone, however, with your eyes on the end game this can also be a great journey!
