Pros

Strong, capable people who genuinely care about customers and outcomes. Exposure to complex, real‑world enterprise and MSP problems — you learn fast. Good level of trust and autonomy if you’re willing to take ownership. Customer‑first intent is there, even when delivery is challenging. Great place to develop resilience and stakeholder management skills.

Cons

Execution often lags behind strategy, which lands pressure on customer‑facing teams. A lot of ambiguity — plans and timelines can shift frequently. Constant change can be mentally draining if you like structure and certainty. Front‑line teams absorb the impact of product gaps and evolving roadmaps.

Pros

Great people, great culture and pretty good work life balance. Salary is competitive and benefits are good (not great). They also have a fully remote business model that helps with work life balance. If your in a couple areas you can go into the office if you want to however.

Cons

Some fragmentation in the business makes driving positive outcomes more difficult then it should be. A little bit of a feeling that you have to justify your existence, nothing too severe, but it does add to some anxiety about job security.

Thank you for this. Glad the culture, people, and remote flexibility are resonating. The point about fragmentation and job security anxiety is heard. That feeling should not be part of the day to day experience and we are paying attention to it. Your suggestion on bringing SMEs into QBRs is a good one. Decisions are better when the people closest to the work have a voice. We appreciate you taking the time to be that specific and will share this internally.

We're sorry to hear that this has been your experience. We operate in a fast-moving, complex environment, and while that can sometimes feel like ambiguity, there is structure and intentionality behind how we work. We are always looking to improve clarity and communication, and we welcome the chance to hear more if you would like to connect with HR so they can learn more.
