      Solid team of people Real attempts to upgrade aging aviation industry

      Cons

      Management with no idea what they are doing. There are a lot of solid people working at Flexjet, bogged down by incompetent managers. Company politics matter here more than anywhere else, make sure you suck up to the people who've been there for years
