      Pros

      Pay is very competitive and benefits are nice. Free catered meals on most flights and generous meal expenses. Able to keep fuel, hotel, and airline reward points.

      Cons

      Long rotations make QOL terrible and not suitable for a decent family life. Vacation bidding is terrible. Uniforms are very low quality which go along with the airplanes. Maintenance department is the worst Ive ever dealt with. They try to sweep things under the rug which makes flying a legal question every time something is written up.

      Thank you for taking the time to write a review with Flexjet. We have several scheduling options for our crew members that allows them to fly in as few as 4 day blocks and as many as 8 day blocks. Our crew members are scheduled within the limits of the FAA regulations, and while our schedule can be demanding we would never require a pilot to fly in an unsafe environment. Additionally, our organization has been ARG/US Platinum certified for 10 years and our Maintenance Division has received the coveted FAA Diamond Award of Excellence for 18 consecutive years (more than any other provider in private jet travel). Finally, we are an active participant in the FAA’s Part 5 Safety Management System with both an ASAP and Maintenance ASAP program available to employees. We are so happy that you are able to enjoy the benefits program with employee contributions that haven’t increased in over 10 years and the meals on the road!! This year has been a monumental year for our crewmembers and we have taken an opportunity to conduct Listening Tours with our Crewmembers on many occasions in addition to opening up different forms of communication through email and phone numbers for recommendations on how we may be able to improve with our Senior Leadership Team. We are continuing to implement many positive changes for our crews from the results of the listening tours and recommendations submitted, so stay tuned!
