I joined Flexon as new grad about 3 years ago and I started my first job successfully at big tech through Flexon. They offer job training(BA, QA, SWE, DevOps as you selected), which is very helpful for early career seekers. Apparently you need to spend time sharpening your tech skills listed by job requirements and you can receive proper guidance from the company. I got a lot of interviews during job marketing, and finally I landed a decent SWE position at FAANG.
