Clear expectations, great people, plenty of tools to set yourself up for success, people around you make you better, building tech to help our customers, customers genuinely like us which is a ton of fun.

Cons

Lots of change causes natural ambiguity. Energizing for some exhausting for others depends on where you are in your life and career.

Pros

There aren’t many pros. They offer a small free lunch benefit, but if you don’t grab it quickly, someone else will take it, name or no name. The company is no longer a unicorn, and there’s a lot of conflict between upper and middle management. People who have been here for a long time feel stuck in their roles.

Cons

Parking isn’t free. The work culture is hostile, and many of the managers (former Amazonians) lie. I’m glad most of them were let go after the ex-Amazon CEO left, but the culture still hasn’t improved much. It remains toxic, and the company tends to hire only from indie circles.
