Pros
I'm located in the European HQ in Amsterdam. What I highly appreciate about working in sales at Flexport is: 1. Little hierarchy and a lot of ownership at every level 2. The people: everyone is super welcoming and always ready to give a helping hand 3. Fast growth and many career opportunities to develop further 4. Very adaptive culture: we're quick to act on unexpected situations (Covid, turbulent times in logistics) 5. High senior management involvement: our upper management is very involved with every individual contributor. This I haven't seen before in other companies I worked for before.
Cons
It's great employees have a lot of access to all different kinds of tools & technology. But as we further scale we need to be smart about what technology we use for our own organisational processes to not make it complex.
