      I don’t even have ONE pro for this company. Worked in ATL and WAS fully remote when I first started but added 1 day a week in office so it lost the only benefit it had.

      Cons

      Stressful Inconsiderate (Got notification at 11 that I might be laid off in a few hours then computer just stopped working at 3 that same day) CRAZY HIGH TURNOVER (even in management positions!!!) Incredibly boring (AP Analyst position was data entry only No organization No leadership No Goals/No Development

      Pros

      - 2 stars for the employees. They were easygoing and great to work with. Logistics is a complex industry, but these people did not mind rolling their sleeves to work on the problems. - 1 star for the free food & good healthcare plan.

      Cons

      - Work-life balance. There was A LOT of work, and one employee usually equals half of the team in other big techs. - Culture. The business is gradually turning itself into an Amazon 2.0. Some people like it, and some people don't. If you are curious, read the comments about Amazon's culture on Reddit, and you will understand. - 401k. There is no 401k match. - Frequent corporate change, which is a typical start-up issue.
