      Good coworkers Free lunch Colleagues are young (average age 27 yo)

      Cons

      No structure which leads to firefighting all the time Everyone tries to be the "hero" which leads to more chaos than best practice Immature management; young and new managers mean they focus more on making sure they are successful than enabling the team to be successful

      Great place to make a difference

      Pros

      People are open, you truly can make a difference if you want. I come from freight forwarding, there is no company that will give you the benefits or the ability the work lift balance of Flexport. I feel like the people complaining about work life balance have not worked in industry. Positive challenging environment. Open leadership honesty and even though there are politics, there are a ton less then other places.

      Cons

      Just because you have worked at Flexport for a few years shouldnt mean you get automatically promoted. Many very smart workers but even fewer with industry experience.
