Get to work with a lot of interesting businesses all over the world and learn about their supply chains.

Cons

Constant churn of people. I’ve been at the company for about a year and been through three large layoffs and four reorgs. No consistency in company direction and never ending stream of fire drills. Hard to get anything done since you’re never sure who to work with and they could leave or get laid off in 2-3 months. For work responsibilities, the pay is subpar.

no organization, they under pay you, the company is doing horribly financially, there's basically a lot of work with very little upside. If they manage to turn things around, the RSUs you receive will be at the valuation they were offered at.
