Collaborative and fun work environment, extremely talented colleagues. Solutions oriented approach to challenges, open communication and strong leadership. Flipboard has an amazing and unique culture.

Cons

This is a startup company so you will want to be a part of defining processes- not a con for me but could be for some.

None! There aren't any reasons to work here over any other company.

Cons

Flipboard is a dysfunctional mess due to how incompetent and arrogant the leadership is! They think they're better than everyone around them and treat employees with disrespect, but they keep making terrible decisions and are the sole reason why the company hasn't seen as much success as it should be!
