Working at Flipkart is exciting and fast paced. The startup culture and young energetic crowd make it a great place to work especially for freshers. One can gain a lot more valuable and diverse experience here unlike other well established companies.

Cons

Management isn't the best. They underpay employees unless you are from a reputed college.
