Growing Company, Growing employee strength, Friendly environment, good salary, and a ggod place to work with the present situations

Cons

No growth for Quality Analyst, no Team lead for Quality in Catalogue department. Everyone reports to everyone, anyone question everybody. No value for people. Internal polictics, which is a block for others growth. Favouritism all over. Upper managemnet must be matured enough to understand that its the group effor thats making the company to grow and not that one catalogue did better and others striving hard and no result.
