Pros
Working at West Florence was mostly a positive experience. The administrators were reasonable.
Cons
District administrators treated me like a child, not a professional. And the pay was terrible, but that isn't the fault of the district. O'Malley seems to be doing a good job with the district overall, but I was unimpressed with most of the rest of the district employees.
