8am-5pm schedule, food options are okay, earned time off

Cons

The level of unprofessional by management, profit over student service, hiring practices are bias based upon perception vs knowledge and experience. High turnover rate, time off isn't flexible

Free tuition, some good connections to be made.

Cons

Far far below average graduate assistant salaries depending on the department (but they're all below average). Not realistic to live on 10-15k per year in Boca Raton without working a second job or taking on student loans. Will not reimburse courses outside of your program of study.
