The new president is going to push them in the right direction. The question is if one can wait that long, or if he gets run out of town by dug in staff who would rather coast.

Cons

FAU Student Affairs benchmarks salaries at or below SUS minimum. Florida Atlantic has one of, if not the highest, cost of livings in the State University System.
