Pros

If you’re lucky, you may have good staff. Lunch from Reps. Decent PTO and paid vacations.

Cons

Low pay, extremely high turnover. DO/RPM have zero empathy for anyone but themselves, not to mention rude and degrading. Have the nerve to fire staff while on FMLA, finding your own coverage and calling you while out on bereavement.

Free lunch from the reps.

Cons

They will pay new staff more money than the staff that’s existing and have you train them. you have to find your own coverage if you want time off. If you have 5 mins of downtime you’re being told not to talk to a coworker and they find more work for you to do.
