I enjoyed my time working with the Florida panthers part time staff

Sometime got hit with the late night - early morning schedule. But besides that it was great

Pros

Working in sports is fun. The fans are great and it’s exciting

Cons

Leadership wasn’t the best. Very high school and they seemed to worry more about being “popular” or liked by whatever new “cute” sales guy started that week. Many inappropriate relationships and managers participating in starting/circulating rumors. HR is not there for you they are there for the company. They don’t take sexual harassment seriously in fact you’ll be asked if you talked about it with the person doing the harassment. And the person doing it is part of management.
