      interesting work, interesting co-workers, beautiful campus, good benefits, opportunity to make a contribution, reasonable work schedule, reasonably flexible work hours

      Cons

      wages barely adequate (highly educated individuals are paid very inadequate wages for performing challenging work) decisions tend to be made top down rather than bottom up
