      Great team working environment and work with students to make sure school is the number 1 priority.

      Way to much middle management, things are unorganized, and communication is terrible across the board

      Pros

      This a great environment that promotes furthering ones education and most departments will allow you work and take classes. I worked at the Testing Center where I started at part-time and moved to full-time. Overall a flexible, but busy work environment.

      Cons

      If you are unable to deal with students then this is not the right place for you. You will be dealing with undergrads and grad students all the time and will have to constantly explain the rules and regulations of the testing center. There is not much room for growth within this part of the organization.

      Pros

      The people that you meet at on the job are some of the best peers you can ask for. The gym is beautiful and you can use equipment not available to all patrons.

      Cons

      The management is very unprofessional. Some of the managers prefer to gossip rather than confront their employees face to face. The supervisors are also under-qualified and promoted based on pure favoritism.
