Working with the students is often enjoyable and rewarding.
Cons
As many other reviews have mentioned, the pay at FSU is very poor for most positions. Plus the university requires employees to pay for parking on campus, despite the poverty level wages. I have also witnessed a lot of petty gossip, managerial favoritism and office politics, which is by and large the worst part of working here.
