      Pros

      Employer was willing to work around my academic scheduling. You can stay on campus working while waiting for your classes. All holidays and football games you have the day off.

      Cons

      Temporary and contract based. Only Full-Time Employees receive benefits Positions are hard to obtain, because of the popularity of them.

      - Low stress learning environment - The faculty tends to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable, though the limited number of faculty results in areas with lower degrees of specialization

      Cons

      - Politics at engineering school from FAMU/FSU association can complicate matters - Due to being a smaller program, it does not have the resources (for students or researchers) that may be available at a larger school
