      Pros

      If you are a graduate student and an RA, the university pays off your tuition fee You will have access to latest technologies and you are given freedom of thought to serve the Research community well

      Cons

      I cannot think of many cons. However, I thought there should be someway to protect and help students in the case they lost their job and they have a situation of paying fee for next semester. It sounds silly but, as an international student the tuition fee is higher than residents(3 times more) and it comes a shock to us if there is no help from the University.

      Florida State University has great benefits! Many options to different positions throughout campus. All types of positions to go for at Florida State University.

      Florida State University is very politically correct. Many students that attempt to work for the university feel they are entitled to their position.

      Pros

      Giving back to the students, making a positive impact and a major difference in their lives. Truly is a rewarding job, and makes it even better that the students emailed me begging me to be their TA for the following year.

      Cons

      Nothing that I can honestly think of. I truly enjoyed working as a TA.
