Pros
They (of course) acknowledge that you are a student, and you get to work around your school schedule. This was also an opportunity to network with my peers and my supervisors. The work might not seem at fun at first, but it's usually worth it in the long-run.
Cons
Morale is inconsistent. While some take their jobs seriously, some are just apathetic (but most of them are in the middle). And depending on where you work, hours can vary tremendously. Job searching can be tough.
