Pros
It really matters who is your supervisor and for which department you are working for. I work for the graduate school department at Westcot building and been working for more then a year now. Its a part- time job and I really like the work as there is a lot to learn .
Cons
Pay is not that great, but since its a graduate assistant post you can't expect much either.
