The current President of FSU understands that employees should be treated with respect and he does everything that he can to compensate when he can. The IT management has a clear vision of where they want to be. FSU is quick to adopt new technology.

I already knew the campus and the culture of the University, so there wasn't a learning curve in that regard. Support staff has a regular schedule and decent benefits, however, all that has changed even in the few years I've been here.
