      You can have good work and research environment. The facilities there are also good. The staff are nice helping people.

      The weather there is too hot and the city is a little small. They need a indoor parking lot.

      Pros

      Here is like family, warm and kind. The weather here is great, not too hot but with comfortable sunshine. Life in NHMFL is really happy.

      Just the salary. My paycheck is a tragedy.

      Pros

      i have been given complete autonomy over my curriculum and my classroom. No senior faculty member to overlook my work. Given training before entering classroom.

      Cons

      My biggest complaint is the usual bureaucratic processes of academia. The budget cuts have also adversely affected the class loads and the amount of attention we can give students.
