The team is amazing and the staff is super helpful. Great work life balance.

Cons

As a grad student you make too little for what you do and then pay graduate fees on top of it! The money is terrible considering the hours you put in as a TA and researcher. There were some sexual harassment cases that were unresolved for too long!

Pros

Easy job requirements and clear job expectations. I get a whole office room to myself. They worked with me so I can work remote after I had to move for covid reasons.

Cons

No challenging work, no paid time off, no real chances for upward movement, no sick days, no schedule flexibility, any hours missed needs to be made up that week, and overall pretty strict dress code.
