The company as a whole is fine. Other departments make a wage they find able to make,

Cons

650 every two weeks plus you must pay it back through your commission. They will sell you a dream, I’m telling you that’s the truth. If you can live off of 1250 take home for 3 months more power to you. Most adults in 2023 cannot.

No actual training from management. Lazy management who are above managers that will help but upper management makes problems because of laziness.
