Started as a technologist, then moved to sales consultant, then was promoted to a management position. Outstanding support from upper management. Pay is excellent and it is a fun, busy atmosphere.

Cons

None, been with the company for 4 years and have never had an issue.

Pros

Most everyone who works here is very nice and easy to get along with. The pay is decent, starting you at a base pay then switching to 100% commission after a few months. It stays busy enough that your pay stays decent.

Cons

Overloaded with work. Corporate wants to maximize appointments so every second of the day is filled up, and if a car has a problem it sets everything back.
