Pros

There is no pros when Jim sold company

Cons

They sold and company went down hill! People will toss you under bus when you did nothing wrong but will say you did it! Everyone is out for themselves they don't care about there employees they only care about money!!! Dont plan to get a raise for that will never happen!

Pros

Owner cares about the well being of his employees and goes out of his way to make people feel appreciated.

Cons

Pay is way below market and if you aren’t in a role that generates revenue increases are few and far between. There is no clear direction and second in command and owner don’t seem to be on the same page.
