Pros
Lots of freedom, Mom and pop mentality with big business backup. Great teamwork throughout the company no matter how many people work in each office
Cons
Learning the variety of inventory, the wide area to operate in, having to be a person of many talents to accomplish all the tasks

Pros
Owner cares about the well being of his employees and goes out of his way to make people feel appreciated.
Cons
Pay is way below market and if you aren’t in a role that generates revenue increases are few and far between. There is no clear direction and second in command and owner don’t seem to be on the same page.
