Pays ok, but not really worth the constant micromanagement. Managers are robots that just seem to exist on catching employees doing wrong.

Cons

They treat you like you're a child. 10 minutes late with notice. Gig for Bean!! Way too much micromanagement and zero common sense.

good pay, good benefits such as 401k, health, dental, life insurance, credit league. If u can take orders from supervisors who barely know the job this is for u.

Cons

Long hours, really hot in summer. Ever changing schedule, very poor management. Old equipment where management expects you to work miracles.
