Great pay and good benefits you are guaranteed 40 hours a weak and most of the time overtime is mandatory.

Cons

A lot of work related injuries. While I worked there 2 people lost fingers and countless employees suffered herniated discs

Plant President at this location does not care about people. He does what he wants because he can and know one holds him accountable.

Not Many but they pay very high wages to start the job $16+

Cons

Strange work hours, machinery always not working right, management incompetent doesn't know what they are doing, work schedule constantly changing because of call outs and turn over, will move you from job to job, no work life balance.
