      Decent money, good vacation time off if you devote 10+ years of your life to a company that doesn't care about you

      Cons

      Poorly trained management, overly demanding management long hours in extremely hot/cold environment, no sick days, nightshift with unpredictable work hours, every department in the company is ran like its own company and they are always running behind whether it's shipping or production and they always pass the buck and never take responsibility for the employees in their department. no chance for promotion,

      extreme favoritism. they write you up for everything even things they told you to do as well as things you didn't do it happens to multiple people.
