      Pros

      Good pay moderate work, friendly office personal,

      Cons

      Its not a set schedule for any of the shifts. Your title could be night but you find your self there in middle of day.You have to stay till finish and it could be 16 hours. No training available for machines.leads are not involved.breaks are prolong and each person goes one at time.

      Pros

      Coworkers and "independent" distributors are great to work with. Top level management very capable. Very good benefits package compared to what many other companies offer in today's market.

      Cons

      Very little family time! Hours required for job often make it a minimum wage job (80 to 95+ hours a week not uncommon). Mid-level management very weak-- poor communication and direction skills. Not a proactive management style but a reactive style resulting in way too much unnecessary drama.

      Good Pay, benefits, hard work, but rewarding, great company for long career, great customer service if employees are trained properly

      Cons

      long hours, putting people in positions that they have no ideal that the hell they are doing just because they held a position with some company they just bought out, and over looking great loyal employees that have given them years of service
