      Pros

      -Decent wage and hiring bonus. -Decent Health insurance -Mostly work indoors -Main languages spoken are Spanish and Farsi.

      Cons

      -Unsafe. A lot of expected guardrails are missing. -Almost non existent LOTO enforcement. Incompetent management will cut your lock off while you're still working inside a machine. -Wont pay for any tools that break and expect you to provide basic things like wire nuts and drill bits. -Very little job specific training. Expect to get teased when you ask questions. -Main languages spoken are Spanish and Farsi. If you don't speak those languages this job probably isn't for you.

      Good money & relaxed atmosphere

      Cons

      Tough, slow recovery since covid. Zero HR support. They have hired some new people since I left so I hope it's better. It does have potential to be great.

      Steady check, most of the workers are pleasant to be around.

      The organization lacks formal training programs and suffers from poor interdepartmental communication. Additionally, many managers don't seem to have the appropriate credentials for their roles, resulting in frequent organizational failures and a chaotic scramble to complete tasks.
