Hourly pay rates are higher than most employers

Cons

Upper Management will never give enough training time, but will discipline someone if they mess up. Favoritism and nepotism runs rampant through this facility. Neither one of the production superintendent need to be employed. They are dishonest and will never take accountability for anything.
