Freedom to sort of make your own schedule, insurance was ok.

Cons

Poor upper management, lack of organization, no support from leadership to actually get anything done, will lie to you constantly about advancement opportunites. I literally was offered a promotion, asked to drive to thomasville to meet with leadership, got halfway there bags packed and was told my boss didn't want to lose me so the job went to someone else. I have plenty of horror stories. I made millions over the years for this company, and by the time I quit, i was making 2000 dollars more than i did my very first year. This company is also being sued and they are foing to lose their butt over it, no doubt in my mind.
