Overall a very unprofessional however for a food industry the local Lafayette Louisiana plant is extremely unsanitary.

Decent health insurance and decent pay

Cons

Maintenance Crews fail to actually do the appropriate maintenance and are asked to sign off on safety check lists that they actually didn't do. Everyone there is poorly trained. Workers including supervisors fail to wear gloves before the food is actually being packaged after it has been cooked. Over 90% of employees fail to wash their hands before going in to their shift.
