Hybrid office/wfh work week, access to new devices (if needed) and optional education spending. Generally, everyone is really friendly and easy to collaborate with. Accommodations are made for various circumstances without a second thought, whether it be due to health, family, pets or anything else that could impact your daily life. If you're willing to communicate your wants and limitations clearly, you'll probably end up where you want to go, professionally speaking!
Cons
Can be disorganized and indecisive at times. Good work is usually rewarded with more work, which wouldn't be so bad if an individuals role was made more clear.
