Great benefits, good pay, overall not a bad place. Lots of good people still there from all the companies they swallowed up; however

Cons

Even though its one big company now each branch operates on their own and requires different people and processes. Password manager had over 100 passwords for "Systems" I was required to use. When people leave or get fired they don't replace them; just add the work load to the next individual. Covid created a manufacturing nightmare on top of the already stressed people.

I've been with the company over 4 months, and its been a great experience. There was two rounds of interviews (Not including the preliminary interview with HR), and although the final interview was challenging, it showed me that they are very selective in who they hire which is a great sign and it definitely shows. There are great people that work here that are truly skillful. Lots of folks have been here over 10 years. Onboarding was great, HR was very communicative and was happy to answer any questions. My offer was competitive and up to par with the market and the benefits are great. The office has a nice modern appeal and is right across a bunch of nice restaurants. The CEO values employees and is very transparent. All in all, I am so happy to be with a company like Flowserve. I definitely see myself here for a long time.
