      Good program, little control

      Pros

      There is heavy focus on developing the program and those within it. Great work/life balance There are some good projects that could really help you grow and learn

      Cons

      There are a few locations that are highly undesirable. Little to no control over where you would relocate to Relocation seems completely random some associates get extremely close locations whereas others move from East coast to Midwest or far north to far South. Salary remains almost the same for the span of the 3 year program.

      Great people, strong leadership, competitive wages, steady work, ability to manage without micro-management. Upper management is very supportive.

      Cons

      Work processes & procedures could be better documented.
