      Pros

      Good work-life balance: The company truly respects personal time. I rarely feel pressured to work late, and management encourages taking PTO to recharge, which is a breath of fresh air in this industry. Challenging work: You aren’t just doing busy work; the projects are intellectually stimulating and push you to solve complex problems using cutting-edge tech. Excellent people: My colleagues are the highlight of the job. It’s a highly collaborative environment filled with supportive, smart, and genuinely kind individuals who are always willing to help.

      Cons

      Utilizing delegation and empowerment rather than top-down approach can lead to faster execution.

      Pros

      Willingness to invest in the development of their employees. Relatively good company culture with clear values and principles. However, there can be a gap between theory and practice, this is where we all need to make certain efforts to bridge that gap and walk the talk. Sometimes I felt like it was working at the particular segment where I worked at the company, sometimes the misalignments seemed still too big... overall, it was a good experience working for them for 6 years as an engineer, R&D department as well as Commercial Operations.

      Cons

      Slower and acquisition type of business model, that is, difficulty with aligning with newly joined business units in terms of several workflows such as the usage of various software packages, business processes and work habits. If you want fast paced growth this may not be your company as this one is more of a cash cow type of steady, security focused type of relatively matured organization.
