      Work with great people in and industry leading company.

      Cons

      It's a publicly traded company so policies are often driven by shareholders. Workers (especially blue collar) often are not respected.

      Good team just became hectic

      Pros

      The tax team as people and fellow employees were great. The VP of tax is a great leader and there is opportunity for upward mobility.

      Cons

      A combination of training failures and losing management led to this job being extremely stressful and chaotic. It wasn't just the normal accounting need to hit a deadline, but more of like I do not know how to do what I am being asked to do. It felt like when I left like the place was on fire, I hope it has settled down.
