      Great people, great location, Valtek products are world class

      Cons

      Corporate leadership does not value the expertise of leaders who are not onsite at corporate headquarters. Opportunities for advancement are severely curtailed the further you are from headquarters, as a result critical strategic decisions are made by leaders with very little experience in the business.
