      Pros

      A nice place to work. I'm in Product Development/ Engineering which is kind of offset from the rest of the company. I've been in a few positions in the last 22 years.

      Cons

      The company is trying to go in a different direction due to Covid, employees working from home and dealing with international coworkers. It may be a good thing in the future, but not now. My opinion.

      Weak salary structure with little oversight or transparency. Decent raises non existent without promotion, job titles are outdated based on job duties
