Decent Place to Work

Pros

Ability to work from home when needed, friendly coworkers, more time off can be negotiated for, chill environment 90% of the time

Cons

Paternity Leave is only one week. For US employees, health insurance doesn't kick in until you pay a deductible $700 (individual) or $1400 (family). As far as diversity, wherever your location is located drives it's makeup (every location does appear to have outliers though). Communication is majority through email with 20-50 people CC'd. Roles aren't defined very well so it's very easy to do work out of your job scope. This also leads to confusion for promotions/career path.
